There aren't really any pros.
Cons
The boss is terrible, the benefits are terrible, the products are terrible, and HR is even worse. It's a fake foreign company with absolutely no benefits, and the company is lousy. Nothing gets done efficiently, and meetings last all day. If HR takes a dislike to you, they can encourage your manager or boss at 5:45 p.m. to tell you to finish it today.
