Pros

Can waste your valuable time

Cons

This Ms. Lin called to invite you to an interview, making it look like the company was really short-staffed, but in reality, that was completely untrue.

You arrive a few minutes early, and she still nags at you ("Damn, are you late or something...? Even when you arrive a few minutes early, she still has some bullshit to say... Was I supposed to arrive an hour early or what...?").

The entire interview process was, without exaggeration, only five minutes long. As soon as she finished talking, she immediately asked whether you had any questions, and even said that you had no previous experience related to international trade.

I replied on the spot, "If I don't have any experience, then why did you ask me to come for an interview?"

The international-trade job posting on the employment website clearly said "no experience required," and now you're telling me you're rejecting me because I have no experience? Is this how you waste other people's time?

Ms. Lin, I think you're just selecting based on appearance, aren't you? Everyone I saw in the company was an extremely young girl. No wonder—I really can't think of any other reason why you would reject me so quickly. I was extremely polite throughout the entire interview.

Anyway, this company probably isn't that short-staffed after all. Oh, right—during the interview, Ms. Lin said that this company doesn't pay overtime, and because overseas clients are in different time zones from Taiwan, you have to be ON CALL at all times.

After reading this, you probably won't think that being rejected was the job seeker's fault, right? Haha
