Cons
I interviewed for a position at the control center.
The working hours are very long—12 hours. You cannot leave during the lunch break.
The four-days-on, two-days-off schedule essentially means working four hours of overtime every day.
There are no national holidays; it is a shift-based schedule.
If you need to take leave, you must find someone to cover your shift or ask your supervisor to monitor the machines for you.
