Trying to take shortcuts to obtain GMP certification... The supervisor’s dress and appearance do not suggest experience working at a sterile medical-device plant... yet they claim to be highly experienced. The duties described in the job posting actually contradict the job title! They know how to find corporate consultants, but lack practical experience. They want to take products from a U.S. manufacturer and achieve success overnight. After the job seeker pointed out the issues, they were unable to provide specific answers and ended the interview. They showed no respect for professional expertise or for the job seeker.
