Pros

The company has only 1 employee

+ only 3 people in total, including the owner and the owner's wife

Cons

The interview is conducted in two stages. The first stage is an interview with a male employee, and the second stage is a personal interview with the owner. There is also an intelligence test beforehand.

There was no problem with the first-stage interview, and the male employee (Mr. Wu) was very polite. However, during the owner's interview, all I heard was him constantly correcting various things the job applicant said, as if he were extremely dissatisfied.

At one moment, he criticized me for interrupting him (I merely answered “yes,” but he said that my interrupting him made him not know how to continue speaking... impressive—you twisted something white into black), then he criticized me for “speaking in an aggressive manner,” and then criticized me because I supposedly made typing errors...

LOL, you hadn't even given me a typing test yet, but you had already made up your mind. At first, you said your employee's typing speed was 100 words per minute. I said mine was 90 words per minute, and you looked incredulous, so you had to say that I made typing errors to give yourself a way out, right? @@

You also said that the company had once reached a size of 60 people, was downsized to 20 last year, and now has only 1 employee left this year. The reason was that the project manager concealed the work situation, making the company difficult to manage, and the company failed twice. Later, you replaced everyone in the company and recruited new people.

Oh~~ so it turns out that because your former employees didn't obey you, you were left psychologically scarred and became this cynical? Picking faults with everything?

During the interview, you kept prejudging the interviewee and criticizing them~?

Fine. Since what you're looking for is a flock of sheep, please take your time choosing the right person~~@@
