1. The overall salary is relatively low: a base salary of NT$22,000 plus a NT$1,000 perfect-attendance bonus, with additional commissions from setup fees and performance bonuses.
2. According to the supervisor's own experience, after completing three months of employment, the salary has not fallen below NT$35,000.
