Pros
There are quite a lot of group meals, and the colleagues are all nice.
Cons
I was forced to “voluntarily” resign.
The company has no systems at all, and the entire administrative process is a complete mess.
The managers above act arbitrarily and lack professional competence.
Very little overtime pay, and often on call during holidays.
There are Line messages as evidence, and they even threatened to sue me—
a company that completely disregards the Labor Standards Act.
Those considering joining should think carefully.
