Pros
During the interview, they mentioned that bonuses in the tech industry are very high, but I’m not sure exactly how high.
Cons
Working hours are 09:00–18:30, with a one-hour lunch break, which means working 8.5 hours a day.
There is no overtime pay—or rather, it is a responsibility-based system. No matter how late you work at night, it does not count as overtime because it is your responsibility.
The impression I got from the interview was: tech industry > Labor Standards Act.
If you can accept that, go ahead and submit your application.
