There has been no confirmation since the interview. They keep saying they are very busy, but whenever I ask whether it is because they have other candidates, they say no. The contract information is very insufficient and does not clearly explain the visa, airfare, or salary calculation; they only say it is a percentage of sales. Entering the country on a tourist visa and handling everything myself after arriving would not be a problem, but the communication from the interview until now has often consisted of messages left unread, unanswered, or read without a reply. I am genuinely worried that I might not receive my salary. I would have to arrange and pay for the visa and airfare myself in advance before going. Honestly, I was very willing to work hard together and had even asked in advance about matters such as the local work visa, but the employer does not seem to value employees’ time very much. They still have not said that I was not hired; after their last message asking when I wanted to report for work, they disappeared. It has already been two months.
