They said during the interview that the starting salary was 32k, but sometimes the actual amount received wasn't even that much.
There are way too many working hours. When you divide the monthly salary by the hours, it doesn't even come to 140 per hour.
Not as good as a part-timer = =
They deduct money for all sorts of things. Previously, we were even made to pay for inventory losses, which was unbelievable.
The boss really likes taking the gifts from Company A and keeping a whole bunch for themself.
You work overtime every day, and at night you even have to waste half an hour riding back to submit the accounts, which doesn't count as working hours at all.
You also have to do all sorts of weird, pointless things (such as taking out the trash at the boss's home).
There was no year-end banquet allowance or anything at all. The benefits were terrible.
Whoever stays there is the unlucky one, haha.
