Cons
If you're looking for someone, please conduct an interview with the supervisor to better understand and be aware of the characteristics of the position. Don't make arbitrary demands or add many tasks that are beyond the nature of the role based on your own preferences—for example, combining IT, general affairs, and switchboard duties, etc.
