It used to be called Youxin Education Technology. Later, after the owner's checks bounced and the bank refused to do business with the company, it was renamed Youxin Cultural and Creative, and a different person was registered as the person in charge. However, the actual owner is still the same person.
The sales department is the boss here, and whatever sales says goes. Meanwhile, headquarters is only willing to allocate two or three developers to handle the products for the entire company. If they cannot finish in time, they get chewed out. It is an absolute disaster. The boss also owes a pile of unpaid wages and refuses to pay them. The employees who have stayed are already doing everything they possibly can. The company's sales staff also call and pester them all day about incomplete products....
Employees who have already resigned still have not received the wages that have been overdue for a long time...
Someone has already reported the company to the Labor Bureau—and it was two senior managers who had worked there for more than eight years who filed the report.
The work itself is an even bigger joke. The company seems to think everyone is omnipotent: it expects one person to do the work of ten, then complains that the person is too inefficient... They sugarcoat it as “training” and “entrusting important responsibilities,” but bluntly put, the boss cannot afford to hire employees, so they have no choice but to exploit the people who remain... You do not need to come here and waste your life.
