Pros
The product is the famous Whoscall.
A technology- and product-oriented company that places great importance on development and the technical side.
The annual salary guarantees 14 months of pay, and there is a MacBook. Most teams have a very free atmosphere.
The leaders are unassuming, and communication in the organization is fairly flat.
Cons
It is quite a shame... the turnover rate in one department is a little too high.
However, neither the company nor management considers this a problem at all.
