There are also quite a few students from troubled families, and the differences in students’ abilities are extremely large, making the class very difficult to manage.
The boss often appears and disappears without a trace. They claim to be easy to communicate with, but when something actually goes wrong, they still believe that the new teacher is the problem. Since they are not often at the cram school, they rely excessively on senior teachers’ opinions, which frequently leads to information gaps.
I heard that when they find an experienced teacher to take over, the position is posted again after not too long.
Even when ordering lunch boxes, teachers have to pay upfront and then ask the parents to reimburse them.
