I feel that HR was not very careful when screening candidates! I applied for the administrative assistant position, but the job description was overly brief and did not clearly explain that the role required familiarity with professional legal terminology. As a result, I was completely stunned when I saw a legal judgment during the in-person interview.
This overly indiscriminate and careless screening process not only made me feel that my time had been wasted, but also left me unclear about the company’s specific hiring direction. The position had effectively become one requiring relevant legal knowledge and overseas study experience in a related field, yet the HR representative did not consider language skills to be a professional qualification and believed that a certain level of English would be sufficient. Personally, I think it is no wonder that each position seems to remain posted on 104 for an unusually long time and appears so frequently.
