The company is publicly known as British CALI and sells online insurance. I had never heard of it before; I only learned about this insurance company during the interview, and was surprised to find that it had already been selling insurance for two years. Its main selling point is that it is British, but during the interview I did not sense much British culture. Working hours seem to be quite punctual. Technically speaking, there is relatively little room for growth: developing products does not require advanced technical skills, and there is no head of the technical department. After the interview, I decided to explore other opportunities.
