Pros
The office is located on campus and is full of youthful energy.
There are occasional afternoon teas provided by the department.
Cons
The boss hopes everyone will work a little longer each day, but does not like people taking compensatory leave for overtime.
There is no implementation budget, but work still needs to be done.
The center's management system is inadequate, with too much rule by personal discretion.
