Read the community guidelines1. The office is quite new

1. Technically, as long as the work can meet the requirements, it is fine. The supervisor seemingly does not impose too many restrictions, which is actually quite good.
But then they add, “It depends on your ability,” so the technical direction is vague (whether this is a concern varies from person to person).
2. I looked into it and found that someone mentioned "創越數位行銷有限公司" (Chuangyue Digital Marketing Co., Ltd.). I heard this company was its predecessor, but it is located in Taichung.
I’m not sure whether it has any connection with the company in northern Taiwan, because the gossip above is quite interesting. Some say the Taichung company is the parent company,
so there is probably some connection @@
3. Year-end bonuses and related benefits depend on performance. I don’t know whether anything is guaranteed here, and there was no clear indication regarding overtime pay or the like (I heard overtime is compensated with time off in lieu).
I asked about the amount of overtime, but they said there isn’t much.
The receptionist was quite pretty
The engineering interview questions were very easy
The compensation offered was quite satisfactory
Filling out a paper résumé was really annoying
I guess they’re in the gambling industry?
They were very vague during the interview, saying only that it was related to the gaming industry.
The Banqiao office was still under renovation, so it felt like they were just preparing to open for business.
I only found out after receiving the offer that this company is related to Chuangyue Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. > You can search for it yourself on Joblitik
After reading the reviews, I don’t think I’m going.
Overall, the interview experience was neither good nor bad.
It depends on the person; I’m sharing this for everyone’s reference.
