Pros
(Business management staff, commonly referred to as building managers) The colleagues are all nice, and we invite each other to meals.
Cons
1. If you hope to have personal time/space, the advantage becomes a disadvantage.
2. The salary is ridiculously low, with virtually no benefits. The work is numerous and miscellaneous; working here is like doing charity.
