Pros
The supervisor treats people fairly well and doesn’t deliberately make things difficult.
Cons
The company’s policies are poor, and the staffing shortage is never addressed. You often have to do more than one person’s share of the work.
They say there are eight days off per month, but when there aren’t enough people, you can’t take all of them. The calculation for pay in lieu of unused leave also depends on your salary.
For low-wage employees, that may amount to only a little over 800 dollars for a full day.
