Read the community guidelinesThe cleaning staff clean very thoroughly.
At first, HR was indifferent and unresponsive. It felt like asking for a slightly higher salary meant they considered you not worth that amount. They didn’t do their homework on relevant knowledge and only routinely came by to make superficial changes to the layout. Later, I found out that the supervisor wouldn’t provide guidance, and the benefits were unclear. Everything was done according to their own preferences. They liked pushing tasks onto others, and when something went wrong, it was also counted against you—you could never finish taking the blame. This company’s future is questionable; capable people have already left first. Job seekers, think carefully. Highly not recommended.

Coming to this company, I feel very fortunate; the benefits are pretty good.
My colleagues and supervisors are all very nice, easygoing, and kind, and they are willing to give newcomers opportunities.

The colleagues are nice.
1. The supervisor dismisses employees at will, depending on their mood (regardless of whether you are an engineer or a receptionist)
2. The supervisor likes to make fun of female colleagues
3. The supervisor forces employees to transfer departments at their whim without asking whether they are willing
4. Installing surveillance cameras to watch female employees' every move
