Pros

1. It's considered a startup, and both the employees and the boss are quite young, creating a lively environment.

2. The leave policy is humane; requests are not arbitrarily blocked.

Cons

1. Working hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Break times are not fixed, and employees must be on call at all times (answering phone calls or responding to the boss's questions).

2. Days off are scheduled on a rotating basis: eight or six days off per month. If there is a national holiday during the month, the number of monthly days off does not increase.

3. The company states that it will not follow government announcements to close for typhoons; employees must work as usual. After work begins, the company will assess whether to let employees leave early based on the "actual circumstances" of the day's wind and rain. (On one typhoon day, an employee rode a motorcycle to work while being blown along by the wind. In the afternoon, the boss "only then" realized that the rain was too severe and hurriedly asked employees who had cars to drive everyone home...)

4. Possibly because points 2 and 3 above violate labor laws, the company does not provide pay slips. (It is said that the company had previously been reported by a former employee, and afterward, fearing further reports, simply stopped issuing them...) On payday, when receiving wages in cash, employees sign the pay envelope, which contains a breakdown. The company immediately takes the signed breakdown back.

5. The salary does not match the amount listed on the job bank. There is initially a three-month probationary period, and there is no salary adjustment after the three months.
