There are far too many areas that need improvement. Supervisors only know how to talk, telling employees to put themselves in others’ shoes, while upper management treats empathy like garbage. Working at Lao Sichuan is destined to be a waste of life. Although there are good benefits, in short, employees are expected to work themselves to the bone, then are given bonuses just to get the matter over with. Like a family?! I have never felt that way. For all their talk, the top management is only concerned with lining their own pockets, making employees live a life that is barely human while using money to placate them in a job that amounts to slow suicide.
