This company is essentially direct selling in disguise. There is nothing inherently wrong with direct selling, but its approach is highly impractical. Please think twice before going to the interview.
The interview starts with a supervisor, followed by an interview conducted personally by the chairman. It is essentially a direct-selling company that has just started up.
