The salary is extremely low
They arranged an interview at the headquarters and then canceled it at the last minute, truly wasting the time of job seekers who do not live in Taichung
Besides seeing a clean work environment...
The salary is not based on ability. Basically, this position pays 28,000 (even with experience, it is still 28k). The acting store manager who conducted the interview did not give a very good impression and also required a bunch of dress and appearance rules. It is merely a newly opened store, yet employees can only schedule four days off per month. Other companies set the schedule, and store managers earn 32,000 or more.
