They said they had interviewed many people but still hadn't found anyone—which makes sense... It would be strange if a boss like this could find anyone. The job conditions described during recruitment were completely different from reality! They said they wanted to hear frank opinions, but then mocked me after hearing them. Did they think I was stupid and couldn't understand? No one trains new employees because the boss is too busy; you have to find your own solutions to everything, and can only ask the boss after you've genuinely tried and failed! What's outrageous is that the boss wasn't there at the agreed interview time, and when I went again, I was lectured instead. The fact that I stayed and listened through it only shows that I was well brought up. I regret not simply saying, “Sorry, this job isn't suitable for me,” and walking away!
