I once applied for a digital planning position at this company, and the HR representative even asked me to provide advertising recommendations and a presentation specifically for the company’s brand.
They said this would definitely give the manager a fresh impression of my qualifications. I felt uncomfortable with a company that only wants to reap the benefits—looking for ideas but not talent.
