There is only one supervisor in the bookkeeping department, and management is poor and laissez-faire. They believe they are governing by doing nothing, but many colleagues have already become a law unto themselves. Some can come to work at noon every day, report business outings without having their pay deducted, and freely come and go during work hours, even going shopping for one or two hours before returning. This is unfair to other colleagues who work seriously and keep normal hours. Work is distributed unevenly, and there are no disciplinary measures or supervision for irresponsible colleagues; instead, other people are expected to cooperate and help. There is no overtime pay, only a small single payment in the month when taxes are filed. The supervisor will not let you attend the accounting firm's courses, believing they are unnecessary, so information and knowledge fall behind and there is no future development. Salary increases by only 1,000 each year...
