(You can refer to the screenshots. There are two addresses because they are the company’s two locations.)
1. They sent an interview invitation by mistake and then completely ignored the applicant’s reply.
2. When contacted by private message, they responded very casually, disrespectfully, and repetitively.

First, I received a rejection email. Later, they sent me an interview invitation, saying that the previous email had been sent by mistake.
Then I waited two days without receiving a response.

When I asked about it, they told me: “Your résumé didn’t include a profile photo, so you didn’t pass the screening.” (Then why did you send me an interview invitation??)
The conclusion is that the second email was sent to me by mistake—it was meant for someone else—and they simply ignored my reply.
(Then you could have just said from the beginning that it was sent to the wrong person???)
They didn’t believe that they had not received my reply about scheduling a time.
They casually ignored me.
Do they treat all job seekers like slaves? ^^
It was clearly their mistake, yet when speaking about it, they deliberately avoided addressing their own error.
In the end, were they rejecting me, or were they saying, “Please add your contact information and apply again”? They couldn’t even explain it clearly.
They had already wasted someone else’s time, and then continued causing more trouble with this kind of vague response.
