Read the community guidelinesSince it was a phone interview, I thought about the advantages… I guess the tone was very gentle? Also, the employer said you can learn a lot, so it’s a great job! I’ll count that as one of the advantages for now.
I suggest that the job requirements should state “one year of work experience at a kindergarten” to avoid wasting each other’s time.
Although the job listing says it is for an administrative secretary, the employer explained that administrative staff must first enter a class as a teacher and understand the class before taking on the role. During the time you work as a teacher, you must also become familiar with administrative duties, so that when parents call in, they will immediately fall in love with this kindergarten; what she said made so much sense that I was left speechless lol
None
During the first interview, they said I would need to intern for one day, which was more or less like an observation. There seemed to be only two classes. The teachers often shouted loudly at the children. In the morning, I accompanied the children; at noon, there was a lunch break; and in the afternoon, I spent a few minutes handling administrative tasks. That was how the day went. I also don't know what criteria they use to select people. It felt like a waste of time. I often see this position advertised, so everyone should think carefully~
Can't think of any yet
When applying for an administrative position, you must provide support at kindergartens.
It doesn't matter even if you are not from a related field.
Because there are many branch schools, you may support He Kindergarten in the morning and then go help at Enshuo Kindergarten in the afternoon.
Sometimes you may support Jiashuo Childcare Center from the morning until 5 p.m., then return in the evening to Yashuo Arts Kindergarten to help sweep and mop the floors?!
When handling administrative matters,
the chairman may feel that you are not handling anything and lose his temper, shouting at you.
Apart from providing support at kindergartens, whenever you handle administrative matters in the office, you will never leave work on time.
You also will not receive overtime pay.
Please think carefully before applying.
