Pros
The client at each site generally oversees the site. Supervisors basically do not manage the site's situation and are only responsible for signing contracts. Site operations are handled by the on-site staff.
Cons
Salaries are generally low, and wages may also be withheld. Don't expect the company to comply with the Labor Standards Act; the company's salary practices are very opaque.
