A family business that abuses its power and bullies others. The homeroom teacher likes to hit and verbally abuse the children, treats the teachers like servants in their own home, and even resorts to personal attacks when emotional. The scary thing is that you can't even resign—the homeroom teacher will use all kinds of tactics to keep you from leaving. Very strongly advise against working there!!
