Part-time student hourly wage, but the work covers almost everything and the workload is extremely heavy—administration, shift supervision, cleaning... Staffing is occasionally insufficient, so the work often cannot be finished by the end of the shift and extends beyond working hours, but there is no overtime pay. No National Health Insurance, and labor insurance is only provided after three months. No contract is signed.
