Although they say that good translations will earn you a raise and poor translations will result in a pay cut,
1. the reviewers are internal staff, so their credibility is questionable
2. one mistake results in your salary being cut in half, while you only seem to get a 0.1 raise for virtually error-free work, which appears to be exploitation in disguise
3. they are constantly recruiting translators on Facebook, which suggests that staff turnover is very high. Anyone considering applying should think about why!
