The boss has serious problems. He is a stereotypical mainland Chinese business owner. I am a former employee who has already left. The management system has major issues, and many departments have already been shut down. The boss is also skilled at provoking conflicts between departments. He does not understand technology but insists on pretending to know a lot about blockchain. I do not recommend joining this company, as it could undermine your work experience.
The office environment is fairly new. There are only a few companies in the entire building, so you don't have to wait long for the elevator.
1. People are constantly being laid off, revenue can't get off the ground, and salaries were once paid half a month late. Four or five related subsidiaries have already been shut down (each under a different registered person in charge).
2. Take the benefits listed on job websites with a grain of salt. Even if you meet the requirements agreed upon initially, they can disappear immediately with a “we need to get through these difficult times together.”
3. Major internal company decisions keep changing. Upper management doesn't know how to handle problems; they only create chaos or leave things for those below to figure out. Although everything appears calm on the surface, many of the employees who remain do not trust the company and are preparing to leave.
4. The current staffing level is the bare minimum, with shifts. The customer service department often has only one person on duty, requiring them to take on multiple roles. You need to be able to handle presales sales, after-sales service, technical issues, and everything in between.
5. All of the original developers have left. When the system frequently breaks down, they only apply temporary fixes; it seems that no one is willing to truly solve the problems, and the internal processes are a complete mess.
I am an employee who has escaped this ordeal. The above is for everyone's reference and to help provide a better understanding. I hope everyone can successfully find the ideal job they are looking for.
The colleagues are all very easy to get along with.
I am a former employee who has already left the company. The boss is an extremely uncultured person from mainland China who fired the entire R&D team and key managers before the Lunar New Year because the R&D work had been completed—a “use them and throw them away” mentality. Severance payments were transferred late, and wages were also paid late. A very problematic company.
Most of the colleagues are easy to get along with, and there are quite a few outstanding engineers in the industry (although by now they have probably all left or are preparing to leave).
1. The boss is an absolute disaster—practically the god of disasters (apologies to Thor for the comparison). He likes hiring a bunch of blustering, incompetent buffoons to collectively poison the company. BTW, the boss also runs another company called “Mars Blockchain,” which is Jinbei 2.0—just as terrible. I urge everyone to value their lives and stay away!
2. Mainland Chinese-funded-company culture: first recruit in large numbers, then carry out mass layoffs after the product is developed, completely disregarding employees’ livelihoods.
3. Salaries have been paid late before.
4. Many departments have been wiped out, and now a lot of the work is being forcibly shouldered by other departments.
5. Benefits increase or decrease according to the boss’s mood.
6. The boss and senior management like to foster a culture of conflict between departments and among people, engaging in political infighting that leaves everyone emotionally exhausted.
There are still plenty of other absurd incidents and horror stories I haven’t mentioned... If, after reading this, you still insist on interviewing or taking a job there, I salute you as a brave warrior!

The office environment is very new, and access control is strict.
No matter what question you ask, the answer is always challenged. Although I found the contact myself and went for the interview, it was made to seem as though I had proactively applied for the job. The questions were sharp and uncomfortable, and there was suspicion that they were trying to obtain industry information.
