Read the community guidelinesYou can develop your EQ, but I feel it's not worth wasting your life over.
1. There are no senior employees to lead the way; all the employees are recent graduates, and the turnover rate is extremely high.
2. You have to do assignments for the boss, and the boss is obsessive about models.
3. You have to spend every day gauging the boss's mood.
4. If you don't win the boss's favor, the boss will lead the exclusion of employees and publicly humiliate you in the process.
5. There is no such thing as a quitting time. Even after finishing your work, you still have to wait until the boss and employees senior to you leave before you can leave. Even when working overtime, you cannot take time to eat; you have to pretend to be busy or act as if you don't know what time it is.
6. Every day is just drawing, drawing, and more drawing, with very few opportunities to visit construction sites.
7. You have to read the construction drawings and draw them yourself, then get scolded after finishing, in an endless cycle.
8. The boss brings their child to work, and the space has poor soundproofing, so it's very noisy.
9. The boss thinks everyone is there to learn, so having no lunch break is a common occurrence.
10. The list goes on.
