They provide a very detailed introduction to the company during the interview.
Interview process: not very pleasant
There is a written test during the interview, covering topics related to printing and marketing. After it is completed, the interviewer continually criticizes the interviewee throughout the interview, repeatedly saying things like: “Young people nowadays are like this and that; the people looking for jobs are always the same group; your parents have made things too easy for you, so you can’t handle hardship,” and so on...... (Too much to include.)
This was the first time I had encountered this kind of interview. If you have just graduated, have a strong mindset, and are willing to learn, this company may be a good fit for you.

If you are a job seeker looking to be humiliated, feel free to interview with this company. There are many good bosses in this world, but this company’s boss is definitely not one of them. The boss will first assume things such as that you have a partner, then humiliate you, or judge from your appearance that you are someone who likes to fool around, and so on. Also, be careful of being monitored by various cameras while working. The boss will know your every move and every single word you say to your supervisor at any time, and then use your own words to publicly shame you.

The interviewer was extremely subjective, casually dismissing and criticizing another person’s experience and background, and came across as condescending. Are you actually a recruiter, or are you here to vent your personal emotions? It is truly puzzling what is wrong with this person. Are you happy attacking others all the time? If you are not genuinely interested in recruiting, then do not waste each other’s time. I am not here for you to berate me.

As soon as I went in for the interview, the supervisor did not even introduce himself. A man simply told me to change my shoes.
Then he started saying it was not that he did not give young people opportunities, and so on.
He said that the first three applicants to be interviewed had all worked at cram schools and in the service industry, and asked what that had to do with marketing.
He also said, “You studied business at university and went to work at a cram school—what’s that about?”
He concluded that I had spent all of university just fooling around.
I recommend that interviewees have a strong heart and an impressive résumé before going to the interview.
A company with 15 years in business is stable.
What I find strange is that they require interviewees to intern for two days, providing only transportation and meal expenses? Do they think of people as cheap labor? It feels very disrespectful to employees. It means that regardless of whether you are suitable for the position, if you come to intern, they don't have to pay you—treating you as a free trial product. Ridiculous!
