Working hours:
Very fixed, 8:00–17:00
Even if you want to work overtime, they will not let you
Because they do not pay overtime
They only offer compensatory time off
------You will only find this out after joining------
Usually, by Friday, only 1/3 of the people remain at the company
Because everyone has unused leave to take
You cannot take more than three consecutive days off
Otherwise, you will lose your perfect-attendance bonus
Being late results in a pay deduction
Taking more than two hours of leave is counted as half a day’s salary
Year-end bonus: 1.5 months
Employee stock ownership:
Don’t even think about it. What kind of stock ownership would a company that does not even provide anything for lunch beyond plain rice offer?
Bonuses: They are all taken by the sales staff, customer service, or supervisors. The people underneath them basically receive no bonuses.
Job duties: Google and Yahoo keyword advertising / Facebook fan page / retail stores / copywriting for website campaigns / conceiving the overall flow and visual direction of campaigns
It looks fairly stable, but the company is actually very stingy. A certain accountant is very good at offending people. Travel expense claims are a hassle, and there are a lot of rules even when buying the company’s own products.
The key point is that those products are still sold so expensively...
More than half of the employees are over 40. Turnover there is high, and young people do not stay long.
The company seems to take these older female employees for granted, and many of the rules are actually very inhumane.
The departments all have their own agendas.
Supervisors steal employees’ ideas to take credit.
If you make a mistake that gets them reprimanded, they will retaliate against you. When there is nothing to do, they go out to secretly smoke and relax.
They are late every day. It seems to be a responsibility-based system, so they are not worried.
The Google and Yahoo keywords have completely buried the company’s previous dispute over its assets. Anyone interested can ask employees who have been there for more than seven or eight years.
The base salary they offer is low, and part of the pay is issued in cash... Why is part of it paid in cash??
The key point is that the company makes very heavy deductions, and the stated reasons are very strange. In any case, they just want to deduct your pay.
The people in charge are incompetent but have lots of opinions, and are easily swayed, so they are unlikely to accomplish much.
In any case, upper management specifically bullies employees who dare not speak up despite being angry. If someone is too conspicuous, assertive, or capable, they will basically be forced out.
Also, why does the company ask you for invoices? To evade taxes and exploit loopholes.
