Low pay and a poor work environment
One person is made to do the work of five, with an enormous range of duties until you’re worked to death
Team leaders and supervisors are constantly bitching and moaning, and are sycophants who love exploiting connections
They take credit when nothing goes wrong and pass the blame downward when something does; their shamelessness knows no bounds
Labor and health insurance wages are significantly underreported
