Family business. Packaging production must reach 100% to receive a bonus, and bonuses are distributed proportionally (even stricter than in the electronics industry). They only listen to relatives and colleagues who use flattery. If you are good at sweet-talking, you can get a raise or salary adjustment—a case of the squeaky wheel getting the grease.
