Interview process: The position was for a test engineer. There was a written test during the interview, consisting of multiple-choice questions on memory and electricity. The difficulty was not high, and most vocational high school students should have been able to complete it easily. After completing the test, I interviewed with an assistant manager, who brought out a computer motherboard and asked about the various functions of the motherboard. Next, the main manager conducted the interview, asking about my life plans, reasons for leaving my previous job, and so on. The entire interview ended in less than 30 minutes. A week later, I received a rejection after the second interview.
Disadvantages:
1. My résumé was not reviewed beforehand. They called me immediately after reading my application and scheduled an interview for that afternoon.
2. I found online that other interviewees reported that the first three months of the probationary period were unpaid (only labor insurance and a NT$2,000 meal allowance were provided). After that, the starting salary was NT$24,000, including labor insurance and the meal allowance. Employees were not allowed to leave at 6:30 on the grounds that their personal workday had ended, among other terms to be signed. Employees were required to work on holidays to accommodate clients during exhibitions. Fortunately, I did not attend the second interview.
