Does not comply with the Labor Standards Act at all, and is even afraid of employees speaking up, resorting to all kinds of underhanded tactics. It is completely unlike a normal company. All the senior executives are parachuted in and do nothing but talk; they have no basic logic for getting things done. Every day, they only think about getting university students to invest. As soon as a store is renovated, the money is gone, and there is no transparency about where the funds go!
