Pros

1. Suitable for people who enjoy nature; everywhere you look is lush and green, so you will have plenty of opportunities to exercise.

2. Most colleagues are local residents, especially the older men and women. The younger employees are almost all from elsewhere.

3. The ranch produces fresh milk, and employees can receive one bottle during work hours. However, sometimes it is flavored milk.

4. There are many things to learn, as long as you know how to ask.

Cons

1. The ranch is too far from the streets of Tongxiao, and bus services are pitifully infrequent. It is extremely inconvenient for anyone without their own transportation.

2. The employee dormitories are located within the ranch, so employees practically live within the premises when they are not working. There are also many uphill sections, making a scooter the best means of transportation.

3. The focus is on the natural environment, so there can sometimes be a lot of mosquitoes and other insects. It is not suitable for people who are afraid of insects. There is a very small chance of encountering snakes, but be careful when walking along the roads.

4. Summers are very hot and winters are very cold. Although the ranch is in a mountainous area surrounded by trees, most of the grounds are covered in grass, so the shade is limited. Since Tongxiao Township is near the coast, the sea wind can sometimes be very strong.

5. It is operated like a family business, and all senior managers are connected through personal relationships.

6. This is a common problem in the service industry: interns are hired in large numbers. Although this reduces short-term labor costs, it affects service quality in the long run.
