Pros
The office staff hold meetings for reviews and sharing quite often, and are fairly proactive about solving problems.
Cons
You have to clean before work starts. Cleaning begins at 7:45, and working hours are 7:50–17:00. 104 lists an employee cafeteria, but in reality, no meals are provided. All new hires are treated as interns and receive minimum wage—low pay for a lot of work.
