The happiest thing about working here is that the employees all get along well with one another, and there is no sign of exploitative, old-fashioned boss behavior either ^^.
You clock in and out on time (on-site workers clock out as soon as their working hours are over).
Meals are fully subsidized.
This company is in the shipbuilding industry (a traditional industry).
The systems are outdated, and the factory equipment is in very poor condition……
Aside from the environment, what I find most unacceptable is the boss’s low EQ, poor character, and lack of credibility.
The boss often smokes and chews betel nuts in the office,
so the room is filled with smoke. I really ask all applicants to think carefully before applying.
Also, the boss will often take advantage of employees’ break time and ask them to go out and buy lunch boxes and so on. Please have the courage to refuse. Thank you.
And then there is the boss’s unbelievably terrible temper. He calls people idiots, lunatics, and uses all kinds of profanity. Please make absolutely sure that you can accept this kind of boss before going to the interview. Thank you!
Another point I personally find most objectionable is that
the boss does not keep his word.
On the day of the interview, he said that if we arrived late by a few minutes, we could leave a few minutes late as well (the schedule was relatively flexible), but he forgot about it the next day.
In addition, the company’s payday is irregular and may be two weeks later than expected. If you ask the boss about your salary, you may also get severely berated. Choose carefully, choose carefully.
