Read the community guidelines1. Colleagues are easy to get along with
2. Suitable for those looking for a relaxed, long-term position
3. The boss is relatively positive and encouraging
1. Not suitable for recent graduates. Most employees are older, so younger people may feel there is a generation gap and find it boring.
2. The company provides absolutely no adjustment period. Since it is a small company and severely understaffed, you are asked to develop a major project as soon as you join.
3. No complete timeline is provided for developing projects, there is no one to guide you, and there is no training.
4. The company has no internal documentation at all—not even basic training materials. You are expected to start development from scratch, without knowing how to draw ER diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and so on.
5. The company has not specified what architecture should be used for its systems.
6. The atmosphere is too comfortable and complacent. Those who like excitement and challenges should definitely not join.
7. During meetings, the boss says they are very patient with training newcomers, and during the interview also says someone will mentor you. They also make a lot of lofty statements in meetings, but ultimately fail to follow through on any of them. It is best to take these claims with a grain of salt.
