There are tons of miscellaneous tasks, and there’s also a damn flower bed to take care of. If your evaluation is poor, they’ll deduct money too. The pay is already low enough.
There’s only a base salary. Overtime can only be compensated by leaving early on a later day—there’s no overtime pay. Worse than ordinary food-service jobs.
