Pros
The supervisor was very talkative, and the interview process was fairly pleasant.
Cons
The first interview took several hours, and then there was a second interview. They said that having a second interview basically meant things were almost okay.
However, after the second interview, they said that some of the conditions did not quite match, and then there was no further response. Why didn’t they make this clear at the beginning of the interview? It was a waste of both parties’ time...
