Pros
Because it is a small company, the boss values work performance rather than hours worked. As long as the work is completed, engineers still receive the engineering allowance even if they leave work on time.
Cons
The boss has extremely strong negative energy and poor emotional control. They also love hovering around employees every few minutes, constantly interrupting them with “suggestions” or “questions” while they work.
