Read the community guidelinesThe pay was quite high for a student part-time job, and the uniform was also nice. My colleagues were friendly, and I had the opportunity to interact with different customers.

Using busyness as an excuse, they said they could not provide the offer letter first
The start date and salary had been verbally agreed upon in advance
When asked about the offer letter afterward, they pretended not to understand and evaded the issue
The receptionist claimed that their salaries were very good.
Before the interview, they did not inform me that the interview schedule would take up the entire day, from 10 a.m. until an unspecified time in the afternoon. This was quite shocking, since I had already scheduled an interview with another company that afternoon.
During the morning interview, I had to fill out a bunch of personal information, take computer tests on Excel and typing speed, and then complete a professional subject exam that took about an hour.
For some reason, even though I was interviewing for an internal office position, I was required to have my hairstyle assessed and had my height and weight measured at the reception desk on the spot.
The receptionist (who was responsible for all of the interview procedures mentioned above) acted extremely superior from beginning to end. When she heard that I had another interview scheduled in the afternoon, she said very disdainfully, "Our salaries are very good. Do you want to call the company you’re interviewing with this afternoon and tell them you’re not going?" After I handed in the exam, she said I could go have lunch and come back in the afternoon for an interview with the supervisor.
So I temporarily left to have lunch, but not long afterward, I received a call from the receptionist saying that my test results were too poor and that I did not need to come back. All I could think was: I was about to tell you that I absolutely did not want to join your company anyway.
It ended as an extremely unpleasant interview experience.
